ASOS was advised today that John Morgan, the Finance Director of the Company,
today purchased 180,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 12.75p per share.

John Morgan now holds a total of 180,000 ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.26 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
