The Directors of ASOS wish to announce that PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP,
Chartered Accountants, has replaced Horwath Clark Whitehill LLP, Chartered
Accountants, as Auditor of the Company, with immediate effect. Horwath Clark
Whitehill's statement, required pursuant to section 394 of the Companies Act
1985, confirmed that there were no circumstances connected with its ceasing to
hold office which it considered should be brought to the attention of the
members or creditors of the Company.
