The Company is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put to
shareholders today at the Annual General Meeting of the Company were duly
passed.

Shareholders have approved the change of the Company's name to 'ASOS plc' and
the Company anticipates the name change becoming effective on Friday 8 August
2003.
