                               Additional Listing

Options over a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of the Company were exercised by
two employees yesterday. Accordingly, application has been made for a total of
50,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The 50,000 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to
commence on 22 September 2006.
