Pentagon Protection PLC 04 November 2004 Pentagon Protection plc UK Banking Contract Gains Pentagon Protection Plc ('Pentagon' or 'the Company'), the provider of protective glazing products to the automotive, commercial buildings and residential sectors, announces three significant contract wins amounting to a total sales value of £610,000. Two of these contracts are with Barclays Bank and HSBC Bank, and the third is with another international banking group that has instructed Pentagon to protect their Canary Wharf offices, a £100,000 project due for completion within the next six months. The largest contract, a £360,000 project, is to provide 40 of Barclays' London branches with Pentagon's glass containment film, combined with a specialist 'anchoring' system, all designed to prevent injury from broken or flying glass. The contract for Barclays is expected to be completed within the next two months and the HSBC project will continue for several more months. Both will impact upon Pentagon Protection's interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2004.
