Pentagon Protection PLC 08 October 2007 For immediate release 8th October 2007 Pentagon Protection Plc ('Pentagon') Significant contract gain Pentagon Protection, the global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection and anchoring, announces the award of further contracted works at the Andromeda Tower (the 'Tower') in Vienna. The value of the contract is £445,000 and work has already commenced. The fully glass clad tower was built in 1998 and is 113m tall. The new contract is to provide and install Pentagon's FT800 glass containment system to 2,800 panels of toughened glass on the Tower. The Pentagon system will also provide enhanced edge protection to each panel whilst maintaining the existing aesthetic quality of the building. Pentagon carried out the first installation of its film and anchoring systems at the Tower in September 2006. The Company was then awarded the contract for the ongoing maintenance of these installations in June 2007.
