Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting today were duly passed.

 

Haytham ElZayn, Chairman of Pentagon commented: "We are pleased with progress made in the first half of the current financial year and anticipate turnover will be significantly ahead of last year.  We are continuing to win new contracts and our sales pipeline remains strong."
