Pentagon Protection was notified on 4 July 2003 that as part of the placing of
shares undertaken by the Company on that day, Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc
('Hoodless Brennan') purchased 5,600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
Company. Following the admission today of the placing shares to trading on AIM,
Hoodless Brennan now holds a total of 5,600,000 ordinary shares, representing
6.28% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
