Further contract award

for Security Division, SDS Group

Pentagon Protection Plc (AIM: PPR), through it's security division, SDS Group Limited, leaders in high risk security consulting, training and the supply of a comprehensive range of security equipment and products, announces a further contract award for the supply of equipment to a UK government department with a value of approximately £235,000.

The award is principally for the supply of top-of-the-range portable x-ray equipment but also includes other counter terrorist equipment.

Dr John Wyatt MBE, Technical Director of SDS Group commented:

'As predicted, we are seeing an increase in demand for this type of advanced detection equipment with this latest award being the second for this type of product from an existing client. This latest system is the most advanced of its type in the world offering non-intrusive detection and inspection and is top of our range of easy to use and interchangeable machines.'
