Posting of Annual Report and Loan from Director
Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR) informs shareholders that its results for the year ended 30 September 2010 have been announced today and the Company's Annual Report and accounts for the period, including notice of the annual general meeting, will be posted to Shareholders shortly and a copy will be made available on the Company's website.
The Company also announces that Pentagon's Chairman, Haytham ElZayn ("the Lender") is to advance a further £100,000 to Pentagon by way of a secured loan ("the Loan") on the same terms as the loan from the Lender announced on 26 October 2010.
The Loan constitutes a related party transaction under the AIM Rules for Companies. In accordance with rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Independent Directors having consulted with Seymour Pierce, the Company's nominated adviser, considers the terms of the Loan to be fair and reasonable insofar as Shareholders of the Company are concerned.

SDS has strong relationships with customers and extends their offering to clients by providing expert knowledge and further training and consultancy. This acquisition supports plans for continued expansion of the Group's activities in the security industry which is affected less by the world economic downturn than many sectors.
Steve Chambers joined Pentagon Protection Plc as Managing Director and was appointed to the main Board of Directors as of 15 November 2010.
