Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Alan Nicholl bought 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company yesterday at 0.73p per share and a further 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company yesterday at 0.77p per share.  Alan is now interested in a total of 4,232,002 ordinary shares, representing 1.05% of the Company's issued and voting ordinary share capital.
