Pentagon Protection plc is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of
Stephen Harrhy as International Sales Director. Mr Harrhy has been promoted from
his role as International Sales Director of Pentagon Filmtek Limited. He was
previously Sales Director of Filmtek Limited for 9 years, which was acquired by
Pentagon Protection plc in December 2003.

Stephen Derek Harrhy, aged 43, currently holds the following directorships:

Filmtek Limited
Pentagon Glass Technologies Limited
Pentagon Filmtek Limited
Servitek Support Systems Limited

Mr Harrhy currently holds 10,421,052 shares in Pentagon Protection plc, which
represents approximately 6.3% of the issued share capital.
