                                 AGM Statement


Pentagon Protection plc ('Pentagon'), the AIM listed global specialist in the
supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, today held its Annual
General Meeting at 2.00pm at the offices of Seymour Pierce, 20 Old Bailey,
London, EC4M 7EN. All resolutions were passed unanimously.


Following the formal proceedings of the AGM, Chairman, Alan Nicholl commented:

'I am pleased to report that trading for the period since the end of year has
been in line with expectations and the board looks forward to the remainder of
the year with confidence.'
