On 21 September 2007, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 250,000 of its own
20p ordinary shares at 148.07 pence per share for cancellation.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
236,773,875 ordinary shares of 20p each.
