EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 17 June 2015, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 35,000 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 267.95 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the buy back, the Company's share capital will comprise:

195,024,012 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

1,001,630 Ordinary shares held in treasury

196,025,642 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
