On 4 January 2008, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 77,500 of its own 20p
ordinary shares at 160.871 pence per share for cancellation.



Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
234,614,375 ordinary shares of 20p each.
