AGM Results 27 November 2000
The Board are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held
today, 27 November 2000, shareholders passed all the resolutions including the
continuation of the company as an investment trust. Of the 103.5 million
shares voted, 99.5% voted in favour of continuation and 0.5% voted against.
