STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC
Edinburgh Dragon Trust, on 20 November 2000, bought back 500,000 ordinary
shares for cancellation at a price of 75p per share. Following the buy back,
there are 226,576,603 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be
financed out of the special distributable reserve.
