Issue of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018

Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc ("the Company") has today issued £3,650,000 nominal of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 ("CULS") for cash at 104p pence per £1 nominal of CULS under its block listing facility.

Following the issue, the Company will have £53,650,000 million nominal of CULS in issue.
