the ordinary shares capital of the Company stands at 11.03% (35,877,682 shares) 
comprising a material holding of 7.33% and a non-material holding of 3.70%.

This compares with a total interest of 5.74% (2.99% material and 2.75% 
non-material) at the time of the Company's last report on 22 March 2002.
