Prudential plc and all of its subsidiaries no longer have a notifiable interest 
in the Company as its total interest of 3.00% comprises a beneficial interest of
2.92% and a non-beneficial interest of 0.08%.

The Company has also been advised today by Trimark Investments, part of Aim 
Funds Management Inc, that it has a holding of 25,022,300 ordinary shares in the 
Company, representing an interest of 7.70% in the issued share capital.
