Ashtead Group plc announces that Ian Robson purchased 30,000 Ordinary shares in
the Company (0.009% of the issued share capital) at a price of 99p per share.
Following this purchase Mr Robson holds a total of 194,644 Ordinary shares
representing 0.06% of the issued share capital.
