       Sells the Chess Building, Watford for £14,600,000
                               
                               
                               
Anite  Group  Plc  ('Anite'), the European IT consultancy  and
services  company, today announces that it  has  assigned  its
leasehold  interest  in  its former  head  office,  the  Chess
Building,  Caxton Way, Watford to Chess Building  Limited,  as
nominee for VV City LP (advised by Henderson Global Investors)
for a total consideration of approximately £14,600,000 payable
in cash on completion ('Sale').

The  cash  generated by the Sale will be  used  by  Anite  for
general working capital purposes.
