                       Divisional Management Appointments

At the time of Anite's interim results in December 2003, the Group indicated
that the Board had set Steve Rowley, its new Chief Executive, a number of
immediate tasks, including continuing its consolidation, integration and cost
cutting initiatives, whilst focusing on invigorating its sales and marketing
activities.

As a result, a number of management appointments at divisional level have been
completed in recent weeks with a view to strengthening the divisional teams and
organisational and reporting structures. These appointments include:

   • Simon Tyrrell, currently Managing Director of Travel, has with immediate
     effect been appointed Managing Director of Public Sector
   • Bruce Anderson, the former Managing Director of Travel and its current
     part-time Chairman, has been re-appointed to the position of Managing
     Director of Travel
   • Steve Rowley has taken on direct responsibility for the International
     businesses, which are based in Austria, France and Germany

Steve Rowley, Chief Executive, of Anite commenting on the appointments said:

'I have been reviewing all of Anite's divisions and believe that today's
appointments and other changes will strengthen the Group's management structure
and team.

This will better enable us to continue our consolidation, integration and cost
cutting initiatives, whilst focusing on invigorating our sales and marketing
activities.'
