Limited which states that the companies identified below no longer have a
notifiable interest in the ordinary 10p share capital of Anite Group plc:

M&G Group Limited

M&G Investment Management Limited

M&G Limited

Not withstanding the above, certain companies within the Prudential plc group
of companies continue to have notifiable interests, details of which are set
