Half Year Trading Update

Notice of Results

Anite plc ("Anite" or "the Company"), the leading provider of software solutions to the international wireless and leisure travel industries, today announces a trading update for the six months ended 31 October 2010.

Trading

Overall trading conditions for the Group in the latter part of the first half have been consistent with those indicated at the time of the Company's Interim Management Statement released on 16 September 2010.  They also continue to be in line with the Board's expectations for the year as a whole.

Against this stable backdrop, a number of Wireless deals that had been anticipated to complete in the early weeks of the second half concluded in late October resulting in a strong close to the half year.

We therefore expect that our results for the first six months will exceed the Board's expectations.  At this stage however the first half out-performance is expected to result in a more balanced half on half profit split than has been reported in previous years resulting in no overall change to our expectations for the year as whole.

Announcement of Results

Anite intends announcing its half yearly report for the six months ended 31 October 2010 on 1 December 2010.
