The Company has been informed, today, by its Chairman, Alexander Daly, that he
is no longer interested in 38,292 10p Ordinary Shares in the Company as they
are owned by his children who are over 18 years of age. His disclosable
interest is, therefore, 83,028 Ordinary Shares being 0.33% of the issued
capital of that class.
