                                 Board Changes

Anite Group plc ('Anite' or 'the Group'), the worldwide IT solutions and
services company, today announces two board changes.

David Thorpe, a non-executive director of the Group since June 2002 has
indicated his intention to step down from the Board with effect from 1st August
2004 to pursue the Chairmanship of a significant new opportunity. David has made
an important contribution to the Group during its transition and consolidation
in the last two years, particularly during his time as interim Chief Executive
last year.

Peter Bertram, 50, will join the Board as a non-executive director with effect
from 1st June 2004. He will chair the Board's audit committee. Mr Bertram is
currently non-executive Chairman of AttentiV Systems Group plc. Previously he
was Chief Executive Officer of Azlan Group PLC, a Pan European IT services
company, between July 1998 and March 2003, having joined Azlan in April 1997. He
was also formerly Finance Director of Automated Security Holdings plc. Prior to
this he held senior executive roles with Pitney Bowes and Security Pacific Bank.
Peter is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
Wales, having qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.

Commenting on the appointments, Alec Daly, Anite's Chairman, stated:

'We are very grateful to David Thorpe for his important contribution to Anite's
transition and consolidation of the last two years and wish him well in his new
venture.

'Meanwhile, we welcome Peter Bertram, who brings significant public company
experience in our sector, having successfully turned around Azlan and delivered
shareholder value.'

Appendix

Mr Bertram does not currently hold any other directorships of publicly quoted
companies save that mentioned above, but has held the following directorships in
the past five years: Azlan Group plc.

There is no information to be disclosed pursuant to the requirements of
paragraph 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the UK Listing Authority Rules.
