Anite Group plc ('the Company')

Steve Rowley, the Chief Executive of Anite Group plc, has today been granted an
option over 10,267 10p ordinary shares at an exercise price of 46p under the
Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme. The option is exercisable from 1
April 2007 to 30 September 2007. The total number of 10p ordinary shares over
which Mr Rowley has an option is 1,385,267.

Christopher Humphrey, the Finance Director of Anite Group plc, has today been
granted an option over 9,372 10p ordinary shares at an exercise price of 46p
under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme. The option is
exercisable from 1 April 2009 to 30 September 2009. The total number of 10p
ordinary shares over which Mr Humphrey has an option is 947,914.
