The Company has today been informed that John Hawkins, Chief Executive, and
Simon Hunt, Finance Director, of Anite Group plc have today exercised options
over Anite Group plc ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') as follows:

Subsequently John Hawkins sold 1,711,000 shares and Simon Hunt sold 900,000
shares, all at 163 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Hawkins and Mr Hunt each hold 205,000 shares
in Anite, representing a holding of 0.07% of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company each.  In addition, Mr Hawkins has options over 3,696,316
shares and Mr Hunt has options over 2,476,357 shares, respectively.
