Anite plc ("Anite" or "the Company"), the leading provider of software solutions to the international wireless and leisure travel industries, today announces that Richard Amos, its Group Finance Director, has additionally taken on the role of Company Secretary with immediate effect. 

Richard has previous experience of holding both positions and the Board believes it appropriate that a company of Anite's market capitalisation combines the roles.  The Board would like to thank John Sadler, Company Secretary since 2006, for his significant contribution during a period of corporate change at Anite.
