Change of Financial Adviser

Anite plc ('Anite'), the international software and solutions company, has today appointed RBS Hoare Govett Limited as joint financial advisers and stockbrokers (together with JP Morgan Cazenove). RBS Hoare Govett will replace Landsbanki Securities.
