Block Listing Application

Additional Listing

A listing application has been made, in aggregate, for 2,715,478 ordinary shares of 11.25p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. When issued these shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The total application comprises a block listing application for 1,725,642 shares, to be issued pursuant to the Anite PLC Long Term Incentive Plan, a block listing application for 780,356 shares, to be issued pursuant to the Anite PLC Approved Share Option Plan and a formal listing application for 209,480 shares.
