Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for a total of 708,830 ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares')
to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that permission to admit the shares to the Official List  will be
granted on 17 June 2004 and admission and trading will commence on 18 June 2004.

These shares are being issued to Mr H Wien at a price of 58.75p per share as
part of an agreement dated 15 June 2004.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
