Anite Group plc (the 'Company')

Application has been made to the Financial Services
Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 3,584,550
ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be admitted to
the Official List.

It is expected that admission of the new shares will be granted
on 3 September 2003 and trading will commence on 4 September 2003

The shares are being issued as deferred consideration for the Company's
Acquisition of Micro Surveys Property Systems Limited (3,378,410 shares)
and Didgicom Limited (206,140 shares).

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing
issued Ordinary shares.
