Application has been made to the Financial Services

Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 397,800 ordinary shares of 10p
each ('shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission of the new shares will be granted on 13 September
2002 and trading will commence on 16 September 2002.

The shares are being issued as deferred consideration for the Company's
acquisition of Micro Surveys Property Systems Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
