                        Anite Group plc (the 'Company')

 Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc and the UK Listing
 Authority for 150,602 Ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be admitted to
                               the Official List.




It is expected that admission to admit the new shares will be granted on 19
June, 2002 and trading will commence on 20 June, 2002.

These shares are being issued as consideration for the acquisition of CME
Systems Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
