Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 1,743,028 Ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List. Admission of the shares is expected to be
granted on 05 April 2001 and admission and trading will commence on 06 April
2001

These shares are being issued by way of vendor consideration for the Company's
acquisition of the government applications business from International
Computers Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
