                       Anite Group plc (the 'Company')

 Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Plc and the Financial
 Services Authority for a total of 507,937 Ordinary shares of 10p each
('shares') to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that permission
to admit the new shares will be granted on 26 March 2001 and that dealings
will commence on 27 March 2001.

These shares have been issued as part consideration of the acquisition of
Eurowise PP Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
