Posting of 2010 Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia and Vietnam listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, is pleased to announce that its 2010 Annual Report and Notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders on 23 May 2011.

Aseana will convene its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 12 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE2 3RT on Tuesday, 14 June 2011 at 10.30 a.m.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on the Company website at the following link: http://www.aseanaproperties.com/documents.htm. Both these documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
