David Harris, Non-Executive Director of Aseana Properties Limited, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 May 2013 at £0.27 per share.

Following this acquisition, David Harris holds a beneficial interest in 145,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company (being 212,025,000 Ordinary Shares).
