The Company has been notified that John Lynton Jones, Non-Executive Director of Aseana Properties Limited, has today acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of $US0.05 each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of $0.2875 pence per share.


Following this acquisition, John Lynton Jones is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.008% of the issued share capital of the Company being 250,000,000 Ordinary Shares.


Aseana is listed on the Main List of the London Stock Exchange.
