Board Changes
Following the announcement on 1 June 2001 by The Dow Chemicals Company that
its offer for Ascot had become wholly unconditional, Ascot's Non-Executive
Directors, Rodney Galpin, Karl Seifert, Jeff Edington and Jayne Almond have
resigned from Ascot's Board of Directors with effect from today.
