                                Issue of Equity


Further to its announcement of 26 February 2007, the Company announces that
680,205 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each ('Ordinary Shares') have been issued
and allotted to the vendors of Nemmoco Slovenia Corporation.


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares,
which will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue, to be admitted to
trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 12 March 2007.


The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue following the
additional listing will be 265,504,891.
