Ascot plc ('the Company')
The Company was notified on 31 January 2001 by Jayne
Almond, a director of the Company, that as a result of
her recent change of family arrangement and her purchase
of 19,177 ordinary shares on 24 May 2000 held in the name
of Barclays Nominees on her behalf, her deemed
shareholding in the Company has fallen from 31,153
ordinary shares to 19,561 ordinary shares.
