Appointment of joint corporate broker

Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 1 February 2022 - ASA International Group plc, ('ASA International', the 'Company'), one of the world's largest international microfinance institutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited (trading as Keefe, Bruyette & Woods) ('KBW') as joint corporate broker to the Company with immediate effect.

KBW succeeds Citigroup Global Markets Limited and will work alongside Investec Bank plc, the Company's existing corporate broker.
