Total Voting Rights and Capital - correction

This announcement replaces the previous announcement released on 30 June 2015 at 17:18 (RNS Number 7398R).  Due to an administrative error, that announcement incorrectly stated the total number of voting rights in the Company as 43,209,077 Ordinary shares.  The correct number of voting rights in the Company is 42,840,877 Ordinary shares.

Save as disclosed above, all other details remain unchanged.

Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 June 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of 43,209,077 Ordinary shares of 1 pence, carrying one vote each, of which 368,200 are held in Treasury, and 6,862,942 Subscription shares (which carry no voting rights). Therefore as at 30 June 2015, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 42,840,877.

The above figure (42,840,877) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
