Portfolio Update

A quarterly review of the Company's unquoted portfolio has recently been completed and a number of adjustments have been made to the carrying valuations. These have resulted in an overall reduction of 2.1 per cent in the Company's net asset value.

The most significant reduction was to Starcount, where it was considered prudent to reduce the current valuation to recognise a slower rate of the company's development than expected. This has reduced the net asset value by 1.2 per cent.

A number of other holdings, whose valuations are determined by using a marked to market model, have been reduced in value.
