Interim Report for the six months ended 31 October 2005 and shareholder circular



The Company announces that it has today sent to shareholders copies of the
interim report of the Company for the six months ended 31 October 2005, together
with a circular to shareholders dated 18 January 2006 convening an extraordinary
general meeting of the Company on Wednesday, 8 February 2006 to authorise the
Company entering into an agreement with Artemis Investment Management Limited in
respect of the issue of further manager warrants.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the UKLA, and will shortly
be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is
