The Company has today been informed that, following the sale of 75,000
ordinary shares of 1p (representing 0.91% of the issued share capital of the
Company) on 3 October 2000, held in the name of Northern and Midland Nominees
Ltd a/c NAWS018, Mr D. Duckett is no longer deemed to have a disclosable
interest in the Company.
